These terms govern the use of GAIO. By creating an account you accept them. They are written to be read in one sitting; where something is a real limitation, it is stated plainly rather than buried.

1. Who we are

GAIO is a product of BIND SEO & DEVELOPMENT LLC, registered at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, Estados Unidos, a company incorporated in Wyoming, United States. You can write to us at soporte@gaio.gg.

2. What GAIO is

GAIO is a Windows desktop application that brings together the games you already own across several stores and launchers, helps you launch them, measures how your machine performs, recommends what to play and connects you with other people.

GAIO does not sell games or licences. Your games remain yours on the store where you bought them, under that store's own terms. GAIO is not an official product of Valve, Epic Games, Blizzard, Riot Games, Discord, Twitch, Google, Kick or any other platform, nor is it affiliated with them: it connects to their public interfaces with your permission, nothing more.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• The details you give us must be true, starting with a real email address.
• You are responsible for what happens from your account. Turn on two-step verification.
• An account belongs to one person. It is not shared or sold.

4. How you are expected to behave

When using GAIO you agree not to:

• harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
• post illegal content, or content you hold no rights to;
• use the platform to sell services a game's terms prohibit, such as boosting other people's accounts or playing on their behalf;
• attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems or third-party ones;
• use automation to extract data at scale.

Breaking these rules may lead to suspension or closure of your account. Where the severity of the case allows it, we will warn you first and tell you exactly what happened.

5. Content you post

What you upload remains yours. You grant us permission to store and display it within the product as needed to provide the service — for example, so your avatar appears on your profile. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

6. Availability, and what we do not promise

GAIO is provided «as is». We work to keep it running and available, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or available without interruption. Parts of the product depend on third-party services that can change or close their interfaces without notice, and when that happens something that works today may stop working.

The product is under active development: features appear, change shape and sometimes go away. When we remove something you were using, we will tell you.

7. The installer and updates

GAIO updates itself automatically so you are not left on an insecure version. You can uninstall it from Windows whenever you want.

As of today the installer is not yet digitally signed, so Windows SmartScreen will show a warning when you install it. We say so here for the same reason we say it on the download page: you are better off knowing beforehand.

8. Payments

Today GAIO charges nothing and no payment gateway is active. When paid features exist, their terms and the refund policy will be published before you can purchase anything. See the refund policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BIND SEO & DEVELOPMENT LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use GAIO, nor for data loss caused by third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

10. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time from the application, with a 14-day grace period in case you change your mind. See how to delete your data.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change something material we will tell you inside the application before it takes effect. If you disagree with the change, you can close your account.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If the consumer legislation of your country of residence grants you rights that cannot be waived by contract, this clause does not take them away.
